Delete account
How to delete your NEVYLO account. The provider is LionX Digital e.U.
- 1Open More, then Settings.
- 2Tap Delete account.
- 3Confirm with your password or email address.
- 1Sign in and open Company.
- 2Choose Data & privacy.
- 3Tap Request deletion and confirm with the company name.
TIMING
Deletion happens after 30 days. If a subscription runs longer, its end applies. Until then you can take the deletion back.
WHAT IS DELETED
Account, team members with no other business, contacts, appointments, messages, website, photos and files, posts, connections, phone number and vouchers. Backups expire within 14 days.
WHAT STAYS
Invoices and receipts, with their files and the company details on them, stay for 7 years from the end of the year, as the law requires. Then they are deleted too.
