HELP CENTER
How can we help?
Short, honest answers to the most common questions, sorted by topic. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just write to us.
What you can write, what NEVYLO does with it and how you see what’s happening.
What can I write to NEVYLO?
Anything you’d write to a colleague: “Change our opening hours on the website”, “Reply to all new customer enquiries”, “Create a quote for Mr Müller”, “Move the appointment to Thursday”, “Take care of everything that’s open today”.
You can attach photos, PDFs and voice notes (soon). A photo becomes a post (soon) or a campaign (soon), a price list becomes the updated profile, a voice note (soon) becomes a quote.
NEVYLO asks when something is missing, for example, which Mr Müller you mean, or whether the new opening hours should apply only to the website or everywhere.
What happens after I’ve written an instruction?
NEVYLO understands the instruction, loads your context (company profile, Brand DNA, connections, permissions, budget) and builds a plan of typed steps, with the systems affected, risk class, cost estimate and reversibility.
Low-risk steps run automatically depending on your package, medium risk shows a preview, high risk always needs your approval. Then NEVYLO executes, checks the result, writes everything to the audit log and offers undo wherever possible.
You watch the progress live as an action card in the chat: planned, waiting for approval, running, verifying, done.
Which languages can I write in?
German, English, Turkish, Serbian, Arabic, Albanian and Russian. You can write in one language and have NEVYLO produce content in another, say, a German website with a Turkish language version.
What if NEVYLO misunderstands something?
Before any action with risk, you see what NEVYLO intends to do, and can correct it before anything happens. If something still went wrong, “Undo that” works for every reversible action; the audit log shows you exactly what happened.
NEVYLO tells you honestly when something didn’t work, for example, because an integration isn’t connected. It never invents a success message.
Risk classes, approval cards, undo, audit log.
What do low, medium and high risk mean?
Low: internal and reversible. Save a draft, move an appointment internally, add a note. Runs automatically depending on your package.
Medium: visible to the outside world or only reversible with effort. Send an email to a customer, publish a post (soon), change opening hours on Google (soon). Shows a preview; from Growth you can set rules for what may run automatically.
High: money, deletion, large amounts, legally relevant steps. A quote above your threshold, a payment reminder, data deletion, payments. Always needs your approval, in every package.
What’s on an approval card?
Seven answers: What happens, Why (which instruction, which rule), Where (which systems), which Data is used, what it Costs, whether and how it can be Undone, and Who approves it.
You can approve, reject or change it (“Send it tomorrow instead”, “Only to the first three”). You can also grant approvals in the mobile app (soon).
Can I delegate or automate approvals?
Yes. From Growth you set rules: “Appointment confirmations automatically”, “Posts (soon) without a price automatically, show me anything with a price”. Pro extends this to medium risks according to your rules. High risk always stays with a human.
Team members can grant approvals if their role allows it. Every approval appears in the audit log with a name.
Where do I see what NEVYLO has done?
In the Business area under “Activity”, for every instruction: time, trigger, plan, steps carried out, systems affected, result, approvals. Automations and briefing actions are logged there too.
The daily briefing, its timing and the “Today” area.
When does the briefing arrive, and can I change the time?
By default every day at 08:00 in your time zone, paused on your country’s public holidays. You set the time, weekdays and channel (push (soon), email, in the app) in the settings, or you tell NEVYLO: “Send me the briefing at 7 from now on.”
Every team member can get their own briefing at their own time.
What’s in the briefing?
Today’s appointments, new enquiries, open quotes, unanswered emails (soon), invoices due, scheduled posts (soon), pending approvals, website problems, new reviews (soon), failed automations and recommendations, only what actually exists.
How do I reply to the briefing?
With one sentence: “Do that” for a single item, “Do everything”, “Only the important things”, “Write me the replies first” or “Don’t publish anything today”. NEVYLO plans the items, sticks to your approval rules and reports back.
Can I pause the briefing?
Yes, for individual days, your holiday or permanently. Whatever happened during the pause is waiting for you in the history afterwards.
The single source of truth, and how NEVYLO learns how your business sounds.
What is the company profile?
The single source for everything your business shows to the outside world: services, prices, locations, opening hours, team, contact details, payment methods. When you change something in the profile, NEVYLO knows which systems are affected (website, Google (soon), social (soon) bios, chatbot, auto-replies, booking (soon), phone greeting (soon)) and brings them up to date after approval.
The profile is versioned: you see every change with its date and author, and you can jump back.
How do I change opening hours everywhere at once?
Type it into the chat: “Change our Friday opening hours to 8 am to 6 pm, everywhere.” NEVYLO shows you the overview of affected systems; after approval, all of them are updated. Special hours (public holidays, vacations) work the same way.
What is the Brand DNA?
Your brand profile: tone of voice (formal or casual, brief or warm), colours, fonts, imagery, do’s and don’ts. NEVYLO creates it from your existing website, uploaded examples and a few questions during onboarding, and learns from every draft you change or approve.
Before every publication, the brand consistency score is checked. If it falls below your threshold, nothing is published; it gets reworked or shown to you instead.
I have several locations or brands. Does that work?
Several locations with their own opening hours and Google (soon) profiles are planned from Growth, several brands with their own Brand DNA from Pro; Enterprise gives agencies and groups their own rules per brand. Details on the pricing page.
What sets the packages apart, what the Free plan includes and how you cancel.
What’s the difference between Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise?
All packages include all capabilities. They differ in autonomy level (what NEVYLO may do without asking), in monthly allowances for AI tasks, posts (soon), images, videos (soon) and phone minutes (soon), and in team, locations, channels and integrations.
Starter: NEVYLO prepares, you approve. Growth: harmless things run automatically. Pro: medium risks too, according to your rules. Enterprise: several brands, API, SLA, custom rules, quoted individually.
What is included in the Free plan?
You sign up without payment details and start on the Free plan: website, customers, quotes and invoices, with no end date. Book a package when you need more. With a voucher code, the first months are free; you add a payment method, and nothing is charged before they end. There is no setup fee.
Integrations without a connected account run in clearly marked sandbox mode; you can connect your accounts at any time, though.
What happens if I exceed an allowance?
Allowances are soft limits: you’re warned at 70, 90 and 100 percent, and NEVYLO suggests what you can do: switch packages or wait. Hard limits (e.g. team members) are checked server-side and shown transparently.
How do I cancel?
In the settings under Billing, or in the chat. Monthly contracts end at the end of the month, annual contracts at the end of their term. You can export your data beforehand; afterwards it’s deleted in line with statutory retention periods.
When and where does NEVYLO launch?
On 1 October 2026 in Austria, then in Germany, Switzerland and further EU countries. Country-specific requirements (e.g. invoice details) are configurable. NEVYLO does not replace tax or legal advice.
Privacy, connected accounts, team, export and deletion.
What happens to my data?
Your data belongs to you and is strictly separated from other businesses. AI providers receive only the content needed for the specific job; your data is not used to train third-party models. Every action is in the audit log.
How do I connect Google (soon), Meta or Microsoft, and is it safe?
Under Business → Integrations or in the chat (“Connect our Google (soon) account”). The connection runs through the provider itself (OAuth). We never see your password. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time.
As long as an account isn’t connected, NEVYLO honestly shows it as “connection required”.
How do I invite my team, and what can team members do?
Under Settings → Team. Roles: owner, admin, staff. From Growth, with finer permissions, e.g. who may grant approvals. Every team member can get their own briefing.
Can I export my data or have it deleted?
Yes. Contacts, documents, website content and the audit log can be exported. Deletion is carried out completely; invoice data only after the statutory retention periods have expired.
Is there a mobile app (soon)?
Yes, for iOS (soon) and Android (soon), with Today, Chat, approvals, tasks and settings. Approvals reach you as push (soon) notifications and can be granted right there.
