ABOUT US
Taking the load off small businesses. Not another tool.
NEVYLO comes from a simple observation: small businesses have the same tasks as large corporations (website, marketing, front office, bookkeeping) but no departments to do them.
Where we come from
NEVYLO is a product of LionX Digital e.U. in Vienna. It grew out of day-to-day work with small Viennese businesses: building websites, maintaining Google (soon) profiles, planning posts (soon). And the same observation, again and again: the real work of these businesses starts after closing time.
Seven languages are not a feature here, they are everyday life. The businesses we work with run their trade in German, Turkish, Serbian, Arabic, Albanian, Russian and English. An assistant that understands the neighbourhood has to speak these languages.

Why NEVYLO exists
If you run a salon, a workshop or a law firm, you’re the specialist, the boss and the secretary all in one. Everything that isn’t the craft itself gets done after hours, or doesn’t get done at all. That’s exactly the work NEVYLO is meant to take over.
Our answer isn’t yet another piece of software that wants to be operated, but a colleague you write to: “Change our opening hours”, “Reply to the enquiries”, “Take care of everything that’s open today”. NEVYLO understands, plans, asks for approval, executes and logs. Independently, but never over your head.
NEVYLO launches on 1 October 2026 in Austria, then in Germany, Switzerland and further EU countries. This website describes what the product can do, not what it might do one day. Wherever an integration isn’t connected yet, it says so.
Honesty over gloss
No invented testimonials, no fantasy numbers, no integration that counts as “connected” before it is.
People stay in control
Risky actions need your approval, everything is logged, and whatever is reversible can be undone. NEVYLO works for you, not over your head.
Nothing looks like AI
The Brand DNA makes sure every text, every image and every website looks like your business, not like a generator.
Transparency
Anything marked “soon” does not exist yet. Features that need a connection to a provider say “connection required” until they are connected, and never pretend to work.
