Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include 20% Austrian VAT. Your invoice shows net, VAT and gross separately. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay the same amount without VAT (reverse charge).
What does “two months free” mean?
With the yearly plan you pay ten monthly prices for twelve months, once in advance. The contract ends at the end of the term, otherwise it renews for another year.
Is there a free package?
Yes, the free plan: website, customers, quotes and invoices, plus two social media (soon) posts (soon) to try. No payment method and no end date.
Can I switch packages?
Anytime. An upgrade applies at once and is prorated, a downgrade at the next billing period.
What happens when a quota runs out?
Ylo lets you know beforehand and offers a larger package. Additional phone minutes (soon) cost €0.39 including VAT per minute.
Are there hidden costs?
No. No setup fee, and every package includes every module. You pay for your domain directly with your registrar.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
You can export it before the contract ends. After that it is deleted as described in the privacy policy, invoice data only after the legal retention periods.
