What it looks like in practice
Plumbing & heating: Saturday, 10:10pm, burst pipe. The assistant picks up, recognises “emergency”, asks for the address and situation, notifies the on-call engineer by SMS (soon) and creates the contact plus a task.
The engineer calls back after eight minutes, with the address and problem in front of him.

Do I need a new phone number?
You can use a new number or forward your existing one when unanswered. The telephony connection is set up once; until then there’s a simulator in sandbox mode.
Does it sound like a robot?
The voices are (soon) natural and multilingual; but the assistant is upfront about being an assistant. We think that builds trust.
What happens to recordings?
Call notes (soon) are stored as text; whether audio is kept is your decision, with a notice to callers where the law requires it. NEVYLO is not legal advice.
