AUTOMATIONS
Rules you describe in one sentence.
“If a quote goes unanswered for 7 days, follow up politely.” NEVYLO builds the automation, runs it, logs every run and reports in your briefing if something fails.
The problem
Routine eats the day.
Appointment confirmation, review (soon) request after the job, reminder before the service, follow-up after the quote. Always the same, and still someone does it by hand.
More
Or nobody does.
What NEVYLO does
From sentence to rule
Trigger, condition, actions. NEVYLO builds the automation and shows it to you as an overview. Branching from Growth.
Approval built in
Every action in an automation has its risk level. Anything that needs approval waits until you decide. The automation doesn’t run over it.
Logging and kill switch
Every run is logged. Failed runs appear in your briefing. “Stop everything” halts immediately.
Templates from your industry
Review (soon) after job, reminder before appointment, follow-up after quote, welcome message. Activate once, adjust in the chat.
- When a job is completed, ask the customer for a Google (soon) review (soon) two days later.
- Follow up politely on quotes with no reply after 7 days, but show me the message.
- Stop all automations for today.
What it looks like in practice
Cleaning service: Rule: “On the first working day of the month, create invoices for all recurring contracts (soon) and show them to me for approval.” NEVYLO creates 23 invoices, two of them flagged (price change in the profile).
Monthly billing (soon) takes ten minutes instead of an afternoon.
A good fit for these industries

Do I have to code?
No. You describe the rule in the chat, NEVYLO builds it and shows you the overview. Changing it works the same way.
What happens if an automation fails?
The run is logged with the error, retried where it makes sense, and shows up in your briefing. Nothing is silently skipped.
Can an automation spend money?
Only within your budget limits and approval rules. Paid steps (ad spend, phone minutes (soon), for example) show the cost estimate beforehand.
